What CRMsynQ is

CRMsynQ is a SaaS tool that refreshes CRM records from publicly available professional profiles on a schedule you control (fields like role, company, skills, “open to work,” etc.). You connect your CRM, choose fields and frequency, and CRMsynQ pushes updates back to your CRM.
Platform note: We’re not affiliated with professional networking platforms. See “Non-affiliation” below.

Who can use CRMsynQ

  • You must be at least 18 and use the service for business purposes.
  • You must have the rights/permissions to access and update the data in the CRM(s) you connect.
  • You’re responsible for activities under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

Free trial & credits (no subscriptions)

  • Free trial: 100 credits for automatic updates.
  • Credits model: After the first 100 credits are used, you buy additional credits as needed (pay-as-you-go). No monthly/annual subscription.
  • Consumption: Each update or enrichment consumes credits based on our then-current usage rules shown at checkout or in-app.
  • Expiry: Credits do not expire
  • Refunds: Credits are non-refundable
  • Taxes: Prices exclude applicable taxes (e.g., VAT). You’re responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges.

Fair use & acceptable use

To keep things reliable for everyone, we may apply reasonable rate limits. You agree not to:

  • Misuse our APIs or attempt to bypass limits;
  • Copy, reverse engineer, or create derivatives of our service;
  • Use CRMsynQ to violate third-party terms or laws (including spam, unlawful monitoring, discrimination).

Customer data & permissions

You grant us the rights necessary to operate the service: to process your account data, connect to your CRM per your configuration, and write updates back. You confirm you have a lawful basis to process and update records in your CRM.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted vendors (e.g., hosting, payment, analytics, customer support). See the Privacy Policy and Subprocessor list.
Payments: [Stripe/Paddle/Other] acts as the payment provider/merchant of record. Additional terms may apply at checkout.

Intellectual Property

We own CRMsynQ and our Services. You may not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, resell, mirror, or create derivative works of CRMsynQ, our Services, or our content on CRMsynQ without our written permission. You shall grant to us a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, irrevocable and perpetual license to incorporate into CRMsynQ or otherwise use any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback that we receive from you or your agents.

Non-affiliation & trademarks

CRMsynQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by professional networking platforms or the CRMs you use. Any platform names or logos are used for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.

Term, suspension, termination

  • You can stop using CRMsynQ at any time. Deleting your account may be initiated via support request.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, suspected fraud/abuse, or legal/security risks.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. We may retain certain records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (see Privacy Policy).

Warranty Information; Disclaimer

By using CRMsynQ services, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions, including from LinkedIn, for using CRMsynQ with LinkedIn services, including permissions for copy, use, disclose or distribute any information obtained from LinkedIn. You agree that you will not use CRMsynQ services if you do not have an explicit consent from LinkedIn for using CRMsynQ and/or similar products with LinkedIn's service. Thus, CRMsynQ holds no responsibility for inappropriate or illegitimate use of its services. You agree that you will only use CRMsynQ with LinkedIn profiles whose owners have granted you permissions to use, copy and store their LinkedIn profile data.

This site, including any content or information contained within it or any site related service, or any product or service licensed, purchased or otherwise made available through the site, is provided "as is" with no representations or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, CRMsynQ and its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, sponsors, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement neither its subsidiaries, affiliates, sponsors, suppliers nor agents makes any representation as to the results to be obtained from use of the site or the site-related services. 

CRMsynQ and its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and agents will attempt to provide the best quality of service when possible, including concerns like availability, reliability and security, but do not warrant that your use of the site or the software will be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You acknowledge that you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment needed to access and use the site, and all charges related thereto. You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of the site and the software and your reliance thereon. No opinion, advice, or statement of CRMsynQ or its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, agents, registered users, or visitors, whether made on the site, or otherwise, shall create any warranty. Your use of the site and any materials provided through the site are entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that the Site could include inaccuracies or errors. 

In case of insufficient amount of data or information in your personal Applicant Tracking system CRMsynQ will not be able to guarantee the accuracy of the services provided. In the event that such a situation arises, please contact us at team@crmsynq.com with, if possible, a description of the material to be checked and the location (URL) where such material can be found on the Site, as well as information sufficient to enable us to contact you. We will try to address your concerns as soon as reasonably practicable.

Neither CRMsynQ nor its subsidiaries, creators, owners, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, advertisers, agents or sponsors are responsible or liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other theory arising out of or relating in any way to the site and/or content contained on the site, or any product or service purchased through the site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site and/or content contained within the site is to stop using the site. We are not responsible for any inappropriate use of the CRMsynQ Services which may result in damage, cause harm or violate any terms of use of any parties involved.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) made against us by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of CRMsynQ.

Force Majeure

You agree that we are not liable for any delays or failure in performance of any part of the Services, from any cause beyond our control.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and all documents incorporated into these Terms by reference constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of CRMsynQ, superseding any prior agreements between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Amendments and Changes to CRMsynQ

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of the Terms, at any time. Amendments or changes to these Terms won’t be effective until we post revised Terms on the Website. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance CRMsynQ shall be subject to the Terms. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of CRMsynQ following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. We reserve the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice to you: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to CRMsynQ, or any portion of CRMsynQ for any reason; (2) to modify or change CRMsynQ, or any portion of CRMsynQ, and any applicable policies or terms; and (3) to interrupt the operation of CRMsynQ, or any portion of CRMsynQ, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.
